The photos in this album, some of which come from period publications, show BDM members wearing an assortment of dresses. Some of these photos are showing regular civilian dress, others are very early BDM uniforms, yet others are dresses worn during their country service. -

The photos in this album show BDM members wearing trachten-style dresses. Trachten are traditional German clothing, and in the 1930s, trachten-style dresses for girls, called Dirndls were very popular. They usually consisted of a white blouse, a jumper dress and an apron. -

The photos in this album are miscellaneous photos of BDM members, some from period publications such as "The German Girl" magazine, that didn't fit into any of the other categories but that were still relevant to the subject at hand - such as ski outfits or various aprons worn over the BDM uniform. -
